Is reddit right?
Is this the worst movie ever made?
No it's a classic, they'll be praising it as "underrated" within 5 years
Changes are, if they are shitting on it it's great
It's a tale of the Christ.

Decen't film. One of their better light hearted stories. There were a few parts which were to short and others which were too long, but enjoyable non the less.
Definitely not the worst movie, there were quite a few really great scenes.
My main issue is that there was a lot of stuff that felt like filler, and when it just ends, it acts like all the stuff you had just saw meant something, but the directors forgot to actually have anything that made it feel like it did.
There were attempts at theming with the communists calling themselves "The Future" and the scene with Jonah Hill setting up a fake backstory that will only be revealed to be as such in the year 2015. But this didn't really feel like it factored in at all.

Not directly, it didn't.
It acknowledged that a lot of screenwriters were communists and/or jews who were putting subversive shit in their scripts.
