I know I'm quite late for the party but this was really bad.
>Isn't that what M stands for, Moronic?
>Now we know what C stands for. Careless.
I ASSUMED HE MEANT "CUnt"

I thought he was going to say C stands for Cheeky Cunt
>>68100699
Yeah, it would've been better if he just said "Now we know what C stands for". And let the audience fill in the blank.

The main bad guy wants to take over the world because his Daddy loved James Bunt more than him.

This. Look at the camera and give a cheeky wee wink as well

Yeah, really poor writing. The best scene began the film, and it steadily went down-hill from there.
Him being discovered at the Spectre meeting was the most anticlimactic shit in the world, and the whole evil-remote-villain-base sequence with the needles getting drilled into his temple was lame as fuck. Not to mention the idiotic way in which he shoots down the helicopter with a pistol and has le epic confrontation on the bridge.
I feel like if they combined the best parts from the quantum of solace with this movie's best parts it would be decent, but both of them are trash as far as bond movies go - at least they're not as bad as die another day, though

Agree with everything except QoS. It's a good second half to Casino. Skyfall and Spectre are pathetic.

I might be a bit biased because when I saw the movie I was forced to sit in the 2nd row, and got whiplash from the introductory car chase. The editing seemed spastic the whole time.

It just took me by surprise that it continued 5 minutes after Casino finished and that set me in a good mood. Sort of the opposite of you. As a standalone film without Casino I have no doubt it's shit mind you.
I remember in the theater everyone laughed when he said "I know what the C stands for," but then he ruined it.
Yeah, I was hoping people were wrong, but it was complete shitfest. Gave zero fucks when it ended.
I could never buy Lea Seydoux as a damsel in distress, she's got a bitchy face and more suited to be a femme fatale type like in Ghost Protocol
Man, i really liked Skyfall. Was a very pretty movie. Is the colours as on point in spectre, at least?

this is why we can't have nice things
