I wouldn't mind it. Could be a cool twist if done right, maybe the necromancer was working with the world's governments or something, they didn't like what they were doing so he/she pretty much sent a bunch of Walkers to do a scorched Earth technique on humanity. Or maybe it is a cabal of necromancers and destroying them basically ends whatever stops the dead people from turning into Walkers and springing back up.

I think in #200 it's going to be an inversion of what happened in #100. Rick and co will be having trouble with a new group, maybe the Radio Survivor's, Rick goes to settle the differences between them, however he has a change of heart, instead of making things more peaceful he lines up everyone similar to what Negan did to Rick's group, singing "Eeenie, meanie", etc. Picking one at random and either using Lucile or using Rick's own Lucile to bash one of the conflicting groups head in. Issues #201 from possibly to the end of the series #300, will be the new group who may or may not be Radio Survivor's group teaming up with Magna who is going to stage a coupe against Rick, after seeing something which makes her reassure her status on whether these people are dangerous or not. All this will happen in the midst of a civil war among the communities which the Radio Survivor's group takes advantage of.
