There have actually been confirmed reports of a scene in the Winterfell courtyard where Jon, Sansa, Baelish and Ramsay are present, then a giant starts trying to break in the gates of Winterfell. I can't see a parlay happening before the battle so it's obvious Ramsay is captured alive from the episode 9 battle. Rickon is present at the battle too but as an Umber hostage (since Umbers answer to Ramsay now, we see their sigil behind him) or on the Stark side after being rescued (doubtful 2bh) we don't know.
