friendly reminder that the drop off from season 1 to season 2 was the largest in the history of a TV series

Fucking disgusting faggot.
He stuck his dick inside his beaner boyfriend's asshole that was probably filled with shit and beans.
Fuck faggots.
>>68005656
>Fuck faggots
I bet you do
That was a good scene, Ray. You know, a funny thing. My uncle told me once: "Never stop breathing, always keep going". A good man, my uncle was. Yet, you know what I understood, Ray? Man who doesn't breathe, can't go on anymore.
>>68006210
>oh, sweetie. You stopped back there
or whwatever
>>68005492
Wow, there are people that like season 2 more than season 1?
but...
>that rust/marty chemistry
>that oppressive atmosphere that actually felt humid
>the kinda weird disconnect where OP's highway patrol dude whose name escapes me never felt integrated into the rest of the story, didn't even seem interested in the other characters...

How can latin men even compete?

I know the Pizzaman is known for edgy dialogue but this was uncalled for.

I seriously hope this was not the case.
I couldn't even get through season 2, and I absolutely loved season 1.
Terrible dialogue and Mary Sue bullshit made it unwatchable.
Why wasn't "This is my least favorite life" the main theme?

It's one of the best photographed tv series I've ever seen. Even without Akapaw, they did a fantastic job

By the way I don't have the originals here (with a lot better resolution) right now, but if this thread is still alive by two or three hours later I might post them. What do you say?

S1 tells a much more compact and personal story, with hints of the paranormal. Very Lovecraftian.
S2 is more like a straight-up political thriller.
To compare the two by the same standard is literally pleb tier.

>high risk warrant
>no patrol carbines
>>68007228
This.
It's like comparing a lovecraftian horror to All the President's Men
>>68007228
>S1 tells a much more unrealistic and stupid story, with hints of random shit to make people feel inteligent. Very Redittian.

Will we get a Season 3 bros? I loved Season 2. ;_;
>>68007520
I hope Pizzaman isn't contemplating gassing himself after the reception. Apparently he has 3 or so years to get s3 rolling.
I fucking loved season 2, I watched it all in one day and wasn't confused by anything. I did prefer season 1 more however just because of Rust and Marty's relationship and I prefer southern gothic to noir.
I feel so bad for Nic though, you can really tell he's taken the blowback hard and HBO still hasn't heard back from him on their season 3 offer I don't think.

People are so quick to dismiss something in extremes. It's either the worst thing you've ever seen, or the best. It was flawed, sure, but it was a fantastic neo-noir as well.
The issue is casual viewers, people who think The Walking Dead is great television, can't stand anything challenging or complex.
>>68007520
HBO fucked with Pizza, even the boss said it. However he has three years to come up with something, so I think we could have a third season. I hope we have it, I really liked S2. ;_;
>>68006701
let her share
>>68008115
Dude, it was bad neo-noir. The dialogue was empty and frivolous Tarantino tier shit. It had decent cinematography but that was eclipsed by the terrible script.
>>68005078
clearly you've never watched Twin Peaks
>be gay
>get shot
bravo pizza
>>68008702
Th only thing that I thought was 'bad' was Frank's rat monologue from his bed. That was so bizarre and didn't work on so many levels. That's it though, imo
>>68008837
Every Frank/Ray scene was pretentious, wordy, but empty dialogue. 80% of Frank scenes for that matter Go back and rewatch it.
I wanted to love it. I didn't even watch the last episode it was so lackluster.
>>68008934
Watch the finale, it's probably one of the best in the series, you knobbit!
