Is it me or is Matthew Vaughan a talentless hack? Normies shit themselves over the church scene but it's not that impressive. The gore effects are sci-fi tier. A true artist would be using 100% practical effects for that. Most of it was just gunshots anyway which could've been achieved with squibs. I know the scene required a lot of long takes and it would take a lot of effort to have all of the extras choreographed and everything but that's where the skill and talent of the filmmaker comes into play. Touch up any squibs that fail with minimal CGI and it could've been a GOAT scene.
