TPM was a beautiful movie and will probably forever be the best looking Star Wars film to date.
And honestly, either tone down Jar-Jar and make it clear the idiocy was just an act, or replace kid Anakin with cocky, brooding Episode II/III Anakin (or make him a mix of ANH Luke and ANH Han), and TPM would have easily been better than ROTJ.

Miniature work is a lost art now, all the GOAT guys from ILM in the 80s (Seriously, watch the TESB/ROTJ or the TOS Trek movies and I dare you to find better-looking model work. Only Starship Troopers and Interstellar come close) are either dead or retired now.
So no wonder modern attempts at model work come across as looking like something from a 1960s Gerry Anderson show.
