I'm from the US and love the Office US, but watch a lot of UK TV. desu you have a prime selection of (arguably better) comedies to watch. Office US is nice but it's also sort of white-collar escapism for suburban Americans.
Peep Show probably being the equivalent in UK what with the long run and (semi)relatable characters

Seasons 1-3 are solid. 4-5 are still alright. Season 6 is where the decline is full frontal, but at that point, you might be invested enough in the characters to continue watching. Seasons 8-9 are shit even if you are curious what happens to everyone though...
