These are the growing pains, Disney is still learning what is best for Star Wars. It's why their choice for director was some Jew schmuck, because he made 'STAR' Trek.
Disney's a good company, they aren't perfect but they know how to learn. Maybe the next two movies will be amazing, maybe the trilogy will redeem itself in the end like the prequels, I don't know. But I'm willing to bet the next trilogy will be something spectacular, driven by passion.
