They have given clues it could be anyone captured in that van. They gave sappy possible sendoffs for Abraham and Eugene. Hell they even made it to where it could be Aaron by showing how selfless and great of a person he is by coming along to be there for Maggie. Aaron is a strong possibilty if the writers don't really want to sacrifice any of the main cast, as he's such a non-entity. Rosita has really no impact whatsoever, other than being that spicy girl everyone secretly wants, and the show really should keep her if not to develop her more. Eugene's character arc is over, so it could reasonably be him and nobody would care.
Daryl and Glenn are the only people really worth a damn in my opinion. Glenn is in more danger in my opinion, because of his comic demise, and because he's avoided getting his skull bashed in once already. Daryl is injured, so it could be reasoned that he'll spend next season recovering.
tldr; Glenn for emotional impact and accuracy. Aaron or Eugene because who ultimately cares about them but faggots and try hards respectively.
