But you cannot get a decent resolution with a sub-par maxed out bitrate of 1690. You can check and force the max bitrate on netflix streams and FullHD stuff has like 3000 bitrate there for them. The fact is that they actually put out Fury Road as SD on their shit service instead of HD.
