If you mean on the Network, yeah. Everything gets uploaded as a full show but there are bookmarks if you want to skip through to a specific match. As much as people like to shit on WWE, I've been a subscriber since it launched and I love it. They have every WWE/WCW/ECW PPV ever.
The amount of WWF/WWE history is fucking overwhelming. I remember watching some 2000s stuff when I was a kid.
When was the beginning of that "modern" era? With Kane, Mankind, Undertaker, HHH and the Rock.

The 5 you mentioned were all in WWF together starting in 97. That era is worth watching for the end of Bret Hart's reign on top. The Hart Foundation storyline is pretty great and peaks with one of the best matches of all time, Bret vs. Steve Austin at Wrestlemania 13. The end of Bret Hart in the WWF, if you don't know already, is one of wrestling's greatest tragedies that didn't involve an actual death.
1997 was a big year of transition into what we know now as the Attitude Era and it's fascinating to watch how much things changed over that year. You see The Rock go from a smiling babyface to the hilarious heel you remember (Rocky was ALWAYS better as a heel), Mankind's sit-down interview with Jim Ross that went a long way to pushing the boundaries of kayfabe and what was acceptable to a WWF audience, and the amazing Kane vs. Undertaker feud that culminated the next year at Wrestlemania 14.
Also Brian Pillman is there and he's great.
Start in early 97. You can skip all of WM 13 besides the Bret/Austin match though.
CAN YOU BELIEVE PEOPLE PAID $54.99 FOR THIS!?

If you want to watch the Attitude Era start at Wrestlemania 13. The AE has many starts but I consider Austin vs Bret to be the definite beginning.
You only need to watch their match btw. The rest of the PPV is not very good.
