The majority of orcs are difficult to fully blame for their actions, though of course all bear some responsibility. After being misled by their religious as well as clan leaders into warring against an innocent people, and suffering through famine/drought as their world died, they were pretty desperate to find a new homeland, and were more than willing to fight the humans for it.
It was basically just peer pressure as well as pressure from above, and most orcs just went along with it even though they felt something was off.
Then there were the orcs who were bloodthirsty at heart and happy so long as they were killing something. And then there were the orc leaders (Ner'zhul, Gul'Dan, Blackhand) who were at best incompetent or at worst traitors.
And finally there were the honorable ones who refused to continue to take part in the Horde (like Durotan). So orcs aren't exactly "dindus" but there is a spectrum of responsibility borne by various castes/types, and the average joe orc can't be fully held responsible for their actions given the context (especially once they were tricked into drinking the brainwashing demon blood).
When Warcraft bombs is it gonna be like the new BvS and instead of DC fans in damage control mode and everyone else trolling them, its gonna be WoW players?

Yeah, I read the novelization of that part of the story. I thought it was one of the better WC novels out there.
