ITT: only films you rated 10 on IMDb
Moon and the first theatrical TMNT movie.
I don't even have an account there, so I can't rate them
on top of that, if you rate any movie a 10/10 you're retarded

OP was doing a thing. Do you get it now?
>>67865822
So what the fuck is the point in having a 10 point scale?
>>67865795
>the first theatrical TMNT movie
Why though?
Also both starred Sam Rockwell.
>>67865822
There's no such thing has an objective 10, but one can certainly have a personal 10, right?
>>67865867
The point of having a 10 scale is because there are no perfect movies. There's always a flaw, no matter how little.
If there was a 9 scale, it would be the same. A 9 would be perfect then.

you get it
>>67865980
So you're telling me that everyone's just using it wrong because you said so?
Give me a break. It's exactly the same thing as 5* movies.
>>67865980
There is no objectively perfect film, because judging films objectively is usually pointless. On the other hand, there are certainly subjectively perfect films.
this and Once Upon A Time In The West and The Thing are the only 10's I have

No, I'm saying what >>67865887 said
there is no objective 10/10
or a 5* out of 5*
You could use a 4000 scale for all I care
it would just mean there can't be a 4000/4000 movie
>>67865822
>implying 9.5 is a perfect score
just because you can't rate floating points it doesn't mean you have to rate a near perfect movie a 9
Children of Men, The Social Network and It's a Wonderful Life
A friend of mine said that he doesn't give 10/10s because there could always be a better movie in the future. I don't think that this makes sense
The Mummy. Not even the dated cg can hurt it.
>>67865822
>10/10 means it has no flaws because film is an entirely objective artform xD
kill yourself

>The Mist
The original idea for the ending was even fucking better.
>At the end of the film, when the rescue truck with Melissa McBride passes by David, Frank Darabont originally wanted a second truck to pass by David. This one would have been filled with various people from the market, including Jim, Bud, Mr. Mackey, and most of Mrs. Carmody's ex-followers, indicating that they were rescued safely from the store and making David realize that he and his group should have never have even left the market in the first place. Unfortunately, most of the extras and other actors had already left because their parts were finished, so Darabont had to scrap this idea.
Pacific Rim
Literally the only perfect movie in all of kinohistory
