After that, it's a bit more open to speculation, but it's almost guaranteed that once in Meereen (after the S5 events) she'll go apeshit and deal with the sons of the harpy situation more harshly, probably before leaving to westeros (taking Aegon's part).
No one with triple digit IQ (or even just high double digits) is waiting anxiously for S6, pulling their hair off thinking "OMG ARE THEY GONNA KILL KELLY C?".
