Watched it the other day. Loved it, much better than Django. Tarantino is best at long winded dialogue and violence, and most of the movie is characters stuck in a room talking shit to each other, ending in a massive blood bath.
Also loved how he treated Daisy Domergue with almost no sympathy, how there is no stand out hero, how the good old southern boy you're set up to hate pretty much gets away with it.
Yeah it's not art like Batman v Superman, but it's a damn fun flick.

Tarantino adding his shitty unnecessary narration. It wasn't needed, and if it was he could have gotten literally anyone else to do it and it would be better. He needs to stop appearing in his movies.
Also I found the New Zealand girl and Minnie obnoxiously peppy. I guess that's the point, but I was glad when they were dispatched because it was too in the face.

I agree with you here, the dick sucking scene and the narration scene were unnecessary and drug the rest of the movie down. It's almost as if he imagined the bj scene first, and then workes backwarda and forwards from it, producing the rest of the movie. It was dumb how only 3 members of the 8 weren't in on Daisy's attempted breakout. Made the whole thing an anti-mystery.
The narration during Chapter 3 just didn't work.
Terribly small scope. Yes, it fits with the claustrophobic purpose of the story, but it was cramped more in a boring sense than a suspenseful one.
Dialogue was sharp most of the time and the ending will remain one my most favorite in terms of the bittersweet variety.
I don't get why people thought this was Quentin's most darkly violent movie when there was barely any shooting.
Music was on point, but it lacked its own iconic Ecstasy of Gold-type track which would be a petty gripe until you remember who the composer is.
I'm just glad I watched it with friends, because it would've just been dull if I had gone alone.
