Who was better at the travelling hitman role, Mr Fingers and Mr Numbers or Mike Milligan and the Kitchen Brothers?

why the fuck was there a flying saucer
>>
mike and the autism bros
>>

Mike is fucking smooth
>>
The way he speaks is so interesting, really easy to listen to and you never know what's going to happen next with his tone.
>>
Mike was based, I loved how he had a completely different tone of voice when he was dealing with white people, he sounded like Dave Chappelle almost. But when he was with his own guys, or when shit was serious, he would give you a peak behind the curtain. Compare how he reports to Arkin with how he speaks with the Kitchen bros.

Bookem Woodbine. Nailed the role.

>Lou Solverson: We're a very friendly people.
>Mike Milligan: No! That's not it. Pretty unfriendly actually. But it's the way you're unfriendly. How you're so polite about it.
>[in a more stark tone]
>Mike Milligan: Like you're doin' me a favor.

Mike, for all the good it did him.
>>

I liked Mike and Kitchen Brothers more because of their seminal work in the 70s progressive rock movement.

They went to shit in the 80s though

S2 is as good if not better than S1.

Kirsten Dunst was robbed.
>>
>>67818647
I will admit, even though I really enjoyed the season I was also a bit triggered myself by the ayy lmaos
>>
>>67818647
You're damn right I'm triggered. What the fuck was up with the ayy lmaos? What even was the point???

It was for flavor, UFO sightings were big around that time period and that area, plus Peggy says it best:

"It's just a UFO, hon."

in the grand scheme of things it didn't matter as much as them getting the fuck out of there.
>>
>>67818682
Since the tale seems to be told by cop-dude. It seems to be a tool he used to explain things he couldn't understand.
And from the writers standpoint: to create fuzz and discussion around the show.

I thought it was funny. It felt really stupid in a proper way in the setting and with the characters.
Imo Lorne Malvo was a lot worse and unrealistic.
>>
>>67818570
His acting in that scene was great. Just that growing realisation of going up the corporate ladder being nothing like he expected.
>>
>>67818773
I was absolutely erect. Too bad everything that followed was so anticlimactic

This. It must've been one of greatest opening sequences to any episode/film that I've ever seen. So perfectly synced up to the surrounding chaos that just ensued in Sioux Falls. The fact that it ended with Mike playing it in his car was the cherry on top.
>>
>>67818888
I give season 2 a solid 9/10 simply because the last episode should not exist. It tanked the entire show.

what didn't you like about malvo?
>>
>>67819830
Its a goddamn shame this show peaked so hard with episode 8. Like it delivers on so many fucking levels, there was no way they could follow it. Putting 3 vastly different characters in a cabin together, creating a very clever subversion of the events of the film was fucking genius. Literally one of the best episodes of any show ever made.

Season 2 = patrician

>>

I liked 2 a little better just because the little hints to the first season you miss the first time.

Also the gang war/family drama was a lot more interesting

Season 1: 8/10 about
Season 2: 9 or 10/10

Also Meth Damon
