Any episode that starts with "Homer the" or at least has Homer's name in the title. IMO the best golden years episodes are the ones that center around Homer. Start with Homer the Smithers if you're somewhat familiar with the show's characters, if not, go with Homer the Heretic. If you wanna start with an early season episode, I'd go with "Burns Verkaufen der Kraftwerk."
If you haven't seen every golden years episode already, you have no idea how much I envy you. I'd give anything to be able to watch those episodes for the first time again.
