No it won't you delusional moron.

The movie's shit because there was a scene of a email attachment introducing the DC characters, instead of giving them individual films and earning the team up film.

It's not some misunderstood philosophical masterpiece.

The movie is shit from a narrative point of view. It's drowning under its desperation to play catch-up

>Initial reactions among film critics were mixed. Some wrote that the plot took a back seat to the film's special effects, and did not fit the studio's marketing as an action/adventure movie. Others acclaimed its complexity and predicted it would stand the test of time.[96] Negative criticism in the United States cited its slow pace.[97] Sheila Benson from the Los Angeles Times called it "Blade Crawler," and Pat Berman in The State and Columbia Record described it as "science fiction pornography".[98] Pauline Kael praised Blade Runner as worthy of a place in film history for its distinctive sci-fi vision, yet criticized the film's lack of development in "human terms

>Pauline Kael said it was "a monumentally unimaginative movie",[142] and Stanley Kauffmann of The New Republic called it "a film that is so dull, it even dulls our interest in the technical ingenuity for the sake of which Kubrick has allowed it to become dull."[143] Renata Adler of The New York Times wrote that it was "somewhere between hypnotic and immensely boring."[144] Variety's 'Robe' believed the film was a "[b]ig, beautiful, but plodding sci-fi epic ... A major achievement in cinematography and special effects, 2001 lacks dramatic appeal to a large degree and only conveys suspense after the halfway mark."[145] Andrew Sarris called it "one of the grimmest films I have ever seen in my life ...2001 is a disaster because it is much too abstract to make its abstract points."[146

Reminder this guy is in another movie in 4 months. What's going to be his excuse for not immediately killing the Joker now that his no kill code doesn't exist? If Batman kills dozens of criminals/henchmen in BvS without blinking and then doesn't kill a mass-murdering psychopathic clown then Batman is the most evil of all

I already know it's a masterpiece and that's all that matters desu. Hopefully Snyder gets to finish his vision.
>>
>>67792842

But he didn't make an unsafe film. He made the EXACT SAME FILM HE HAS BEEN MAKING FOR YEARS. It's the same visuals, the same themes if martyrdom, the same overdramatic bullshit over and over and over again. Sucker Punch wasn't a safe film, but that doesn't mean it automatically has merit, because on the whole it fucking sucks and there is little commendable about it.

Snyder takes characters and themes and, rather than building an experience around them, forces them to conform to his unbelievably childish/troubled teen worldview. He does not have the emotional or intellectual maturity to execute what he's trying to accomplish on the screen, because all of it stinks of pathetic teenage nihilism.

Snyder has an engaging visual style which masks a wealth of ineptitude and consistently puts out mediocre films with heavy themes that trick people into thinking they're seeing something weighty when they're not. It's broad strokes of black with a thick brush and a heavy hand, and it's exhausting.

I'd just like to state for the record that if you don't like Batman V Superman, you're basically mentally-ill.

The negative reviews that the film is getting; I believe, are simply a case of "Goliath syndrome". Whenever something is too good, a bunch of little Davids feel that they have to pull it down.

There's a lot of things to be negative about in this world; movies don't have to be one of them. Quit intentionally trying to dislike a clearly awesome film and get a life.
>>
>>67794799
you're aware of the response your post will get right?
aside from the mentally ill aspect i do think you're on the right track. eventually someone will have a complete view of the response to the movie

also:
the problem of the movie is that it has many dots and is in some ways unforgiving in how it forces you to keep information that was shown for seconds in your mind to later connect to something else. it shows everything as overtly as it can yet people find it difficult to keep up
>>

Him not resorting to lethal force yet and actually bothering to take criminals in could just as much be evidence of it taking place before BvS.

Joker references that he "broke" the Batman with a crowbar, it's unlikely that Joker is Jason Todd in this regard.
