Star Wars Rogue One is a disaster. The worst case of shadow-directing (and shadow-writing, shadow-producing, shadow-etc.) in a big budget movie since Fant4stic. Could shape up well in the end, but would be VERY surprising.
You won't see any cute behind the scenes videos on the blu ray for this one.

Just ignore it. The prequels were pretty bad. What was admirable (for me) was that Lucas tried something different. He could have easily made 3 more films that looked and felt like the OT but that wasn't what he wanted to do.
