It's going to be Glenn. Here's why:
1) It will bring the most impact from the audience, yes more than Daryl's death. Daryl is already injured and it just won't happen. Besides, Daryl hasn't been developed as much as Glenn and Glenn is a more important character in many ways, making his death a much bigger deal to the group as a whole, especially since Maggie is pregnant.
2) Glenn's death will actually have an effect on nearly everyone in Alexandria. It opens up further character development with Maggie, further development with Rick and others as well. I can't see a similar situation happening if Abraham or Daryl dies. Honestly, I wouldn't even care if Daryl died because his character development has gone no where in a long time. It opens up Maggie eventually becoming a leader at Hilltop in the following seasons.
