I think Wick and Bourne could probably take on everyone else. I'd choose Bond just because I would want to play poker as the other two destroy everyone else.
Bourne: most OP in ability and training of the bunch, but not the best track record for protection.
Hunt: haven't seen the movies since 2, but as an amalgamation character of the entire team, has a top-tier skillset. Possible third pick or top consideration.
Westin: probably my first pick. Resourceful as fuck, and comparable top-tier training and skillsets to everyone else, and has a good track record of protection.
Bauer: ruthless, well-trained, tough as fuck, but has a shit track record of protecting either loved-ones or witnesses/assets.
Spencer: probably my second pick, decently trained, bodyguard experience, top-tier situational awareness and hand-to-hand, and best track record of protecting people.
Wick: ruthless, great at infiltration and combat, other aspects not yet defined. Would only hire so I wouldn't have him hunting me, but not a top choice.
McCall: not sure, never watched the Equalizer. By default would be under consideration.
Chigurh: while ruthless, and probably the most persistant, I think Chigurh is somewhat overrated.
Bond: he's absolute shit at protecting people because everybody is expendable in the Bond universe, especially himself. Top-tier skillsets though, but unless protecting me is the mission given by M, Bond would be useless.
Westin, Spencer, and probably Hunt, would be my three. Bond and Wick would probably be my biggest worries.

Westin is from the show Burn Notice, which is about a CIA operative who gets "burned" (disavowed), and so is left doing grey jobs since he doesn't legitimately exist. He has some old friends and they basically do Robin Hood type shit.
Spencer is from the show Leverage, which has a similar format, he's an ex-military, ex-criminal hitman/enforcer who is part of a crew made up of other ex-criminals (grifters, burglars, hackers, etc.), and they basically do Robin Hood jobs against organized crime and evil corporations, that sort of shit.
Putting John wick and Bourne on it was a HUGE mistake.
Both are in an whole new level, both could single handed take on everyone else in the list at the same time.
Come back with a more balanced group OP.
If you're using a team of three to protect you then you need three guys who can work as well with a skilled team as they work solo. Hunt, Westen and Spencer all work well in teams. Bauer and Bourne also maybe. The others not so much.
