this show has about 100 times jumps, letting months go between a cut scene and giving us very little real time frames
HOWEVER this doesn't really matter at all as it doesn't really effect the show other than allowing bjorn and shit to be an adult, with the only other in indications of anybody aging is ragnar changing his hair/tatoos
so if you consider how old raganar ACTUALLY is with all the time jumps and shit hes dying and dying men typically reflect on their lives and regrets.
