Is there a more fedoracore show than Black Mirror? Literally every episode is about muh ebil technology is destroying society.

Sci-Fi books have frequently been about taking one technological idea to its extreme, it's just the tv extension of that existing culture tßh. Reminds me of Asimov short stories quite a lot in that respect.

But technology is destroying society, OP.
>>67673341
Saw this a couple weeks ago. It's basically The Twilight Zone for millenia hipsters.
>>67673341
You're right, op. It's almost like it's the main theme of the show...

Asimov is almost always pro-technology though, and is a lot less ham fisted in his approach. It's what made the iRobot movie so unfaithful to its source material, Asimov's robot novels never had the robots as the bad guys.

Destruption =/= destruction.

>every episode is about muh ebil technology is destroying society.
So it's not 2deep4u, at all. The message is blatantly obvious..
>>67673459
Oh Asimov is better at it no doubt, he's better than other Sci-fi writers who try the same style too though. Just worth comparing the books Brooker is likely trying to emulate with his show.

WTF is destruption?
Do you mean disruption, or is this a new fucking retarded compound word?
>>67673512
It tries desperately to be deep insightful commentary but instead comes off as a preachy college film project.
>>67673581
Lol no that was my retarded misspelling.
