I don't mind it at all when there's movies about black units in WW2, they did exist after all.
I haven't seen this film but I'm guessing this film takes a more... "hip" approach than what would be considered passable in your average WW2 film.

It's basically "Pearl Harbor" with black people. A stupid cgi action movie with lots of explosions and no attention to historical details. I'd say about average for a WW2 film.
Why don't black audiences see that this shit is pandering to them for their money and take offense to it? It's just like when they turn an established white comic book super hero black instead of actually creating a new and original black character.
