She's automatically awesome at everything she tries. Never been in the Falcon but is such a badass mechanic that she figures it all out in a few minutes. Never had a hint of Force training and all of a sudden she can block Ren from her mind and use the mind trick on a Stormtrooper etc.
Don't forget Luke got zapped a few times by a training ball and struggled and failed to raise the X-Wing before he got competent enough to barely hold his own against Vader, let alone do the Force tricks she does. Second, Rey is not a Mary Sue by the classical definition of the word - that is, a female character created by a fan, introduced in fanfiction and who not only has every trait of everything awesome ever, she carries love interests left right and center while causing OOC moments.
That said, she does posses traits that are not terribly endearing, such as suspisciouly high mastery of skills she should not posses from what is seen of the character, established characters taking a liking to her on first meeting, and victories over superior foes with little effort considering the disparity.

I've no problem with someone as frail as Rey being a powerful Jedi because the force can do that. The problem is that in this movie she's fighting on mostly physical strength and willpower, yet she's a very small and young girl. There is nothing wrong with Luke barely being able to manage a simple feat with the force, after clearly being shown he's force sensitive and leaving some time for him to experiment on his own. This chick either became a jedi master on her own over the course of a few days, or she used to be a jedi master and through some contrived never before seen plot device she loses all her extraordinary abilities and very conveniently regains them at the exact time she needs them. Both scenarios are utterly terrible writing. On the other hand, what happens with Luke is just basic common sense. Something you lack.

And I'm not even meme-ing or bullshitting. Kasdan said in an interview that he and JJ asked themselves what it would be like if the Nazis had gone to Argentina and regrouped after WWII.
From birth, Jews are raised with this idea that homogeneous white societies will inevitably result in goose-stepping, ethnic cleansing, and warmongering. And I could understand that outlook if history had begun in 1930. But the truth is, whites are the most egalitarian and least barbaric group in human history.
That's what frustrates many of us when Jewish Hollywood sensibilities become accepted norms. They're slanted (indeed, prejudiced), and their bias goes unchallenged by everyone.
The First Order is a Jewish take on ultimate evil. And because modern Jews are obsessed with The Shoah and WWII, everything somehow magically relates to MUH SIX MILLION.
It has gotten boring. It's stale. I wish we could get a more nuanced view of evil, but that won't happen because show-biz Jews always find a way of politicizing everything.
