>>67612843
Yeah I'd say. It was amazing actually, best part of the movie.
>>67612794
Sure maybe that explains the helicopter, even if it was super over done. But that is a terrible excuse for the bad writing that was this film, the laser sight is just one example of a straight retard moment. I'm so tired of fans of things like comics, Star Wars, or bond or whatever that I should accept shitty writing and dumb situations because the series has always been dumb- especially when the movie try's for hyper realism meme vision.

nigger it was the stupidest scene ever. I couldn't understand half of what Bane was saying, I didn't understand why CIA was pretending to shoot the henchmen before throwing them out of the plane, and actually got angry when Bane said the same thing later, as if that would forgive the bad writing. I noticed the guy hitting the side of the plane after rappelling, which is something that a good director would have added on purpose but in Nolan's case was just because he's a lazy hack.
And then it only got worse from there
TDKR was one of the worst movies I've ever seen and nothing will ever change that.
>>67611633
I really don't get why people think it's a great opening sequence. It's okay, it's nice that it's all one scene. The Raid did something like that too, but way more fucked up going through a car.
It's good, but the one shot take isn't as hard as it was 20 years ago even.
There's literally hundreds if not thousands of one shot take movies with go pros or whatever now that are more complex then walking in a croud going to your room then going to the bad guys window.
Frankly you could just chalk it up pretty mediocre for the series. Casino Royale did better, cutting between scenes, help establish a new bond different fighting style, the charisma, the wit. Desaturated and black and white alternatives, even fit the 007 gun opening into it naturally. Works on so many angles.
I mean Spectre opening scene music isn't even that good really, The guys playing music didn't even time up except for one of the drummers. I only saw it twice and noticed that.

But you knew it was going to happen. As soon as you saw the nazi coming. It's what makes the tension in the dialouge. Without the people hiding under the floor boards there's no tension.
if they lived there was no threat.
if they were not there, there was no threat.
if they all died, it would be pointless.
One of them lived.
That's the point. The one he let live.
