I've got 2 episodes left to watch. A lot of scenes feel a little cringey.
Barb's gang and all their interactions with Randy, Jim, and Julian are just stupid.
The actors are really showing their age. The last couple of seasons Jim creeps closer to the grave, but he's supposed to an alcoholic, so it, funnily, fits with the show.
People outside the park know the show, and are fans, but the characters never really acknowledge their international notoriety. Like on The Office, they waited till the last season to "release" the documentary, and sort of do some 5th wall breaking, or whatever you call it for this genre.
I haven't watched a lot of the live shows on Netflix, but I know the last season they reused some material and it was kinda shitty.
I love the tension between the Julian, Ricky, and Lucy all fighting over money, and how each side is trapped, and you could side with any of them. They all have justifications for screwing each other over.
Having to get money from the lawyer each time is tedious to watch, but it gives them a reason to do stupid shit.
I dislike how Randy and Jim's characters got transformed into super passive guys, unlike the Wiley Coyote guys they were in the past.
I enjoyed Snoopdogg's cameo more than I thought I would.
With two more episodes left to go I say it's like a 7/10 so far. They'll retire after this season, or run it into the ground next season.

Disappointed as hell, sadly. Some of the acting is straight up terrible. Especially Barb's crew. And that whole plot line with them and Lahey is unbearable too. J-Roc was probably the best part but all in all I thought this season was terrible. Just as bad as last season.

It's better than S9 so far. Yeah, Barb and the dyke gang really suck as antagonists, all they're doing is making me feel bad for Lahey and I'm not interested in the legal battle for the park at all.
Celebrity stuff was cute for one episode but having them hang around is detracting from the show.
I've also got 2 episodes left and the highlight of the season so far is the truck heist and the fight with Sam Losco, that shit was hilarious.

Season 7, which was the last one produced by Showcase.
Season 8 was produced exclusively by Swearnet (the boys' company). It's not bad.
Season 9 and 10 are produced by Netflix. They're not great but still comfy.
There are also been a few movies since then, which vary in quality.

That was the last episode of season 7. Season 8 was pretty gold, if you can get past the annoying army dude, reused material from one of the live shows (not a big deal if you didn't watch it already), and the celebrity(?) guest star, who I didn't recognize, but found annoying.
Season 9 and 10 are a little bit worse respectfully, but are definitely watchable if you've enjoyed season 8.

I was watching with my girlfriend and she thought the same thing. My thought is that Jim has cried wolf so many, and calling the cops has almost never worked for him in the past, so now he doesn't bother because odds are he'll get screwed over.
I was annoyed at the trio when they came to crash the casino time, and found myself thinking, "If this was sopranos they would have just killed them by now," but kudos to the creators for writing, and casting, some real hateable characters. (y)

The show's been in a pretty consistent decline (outside of a few exceptional episodes here and there) since about the end of season 4.
Just let this shit die already, holy fuck. Season 8 and 9 were largely terrible compared with even Season 7. Season 10 is only marginally better than the previous two. Sure, it's still funny here and there, bits of the old show peak through, but these terrible new forced characters are absolutely killing this shit. Private Dancer, that big fat bull dyke. J-Roc was kinda funny, but also pretty useless. Whoa he's a cholo now instead of a wigger, much laugh.

I think in-universe, the camera crews have been around Sunnyvale so long that everyone just ignores them. The "show" is just Julian's recurring vanity project which eventually got picked up by Swearnet, and isn't actually internationally popular or anything.
The stage shows with the characters has them not really caring and insulting/disregarding the audience.

I mean I'll definitely agree that five and six were still fairly solid, and even seven is pretty decent, for the most part, and even up through nine (I haven't seen season ten yet) it's better than most ongoing comedies these days, it's just hard to live up to the first couple of seasons, and increasing budgets, going for larger-scale plotlines with more characters, re-using content, and improvising less is the opposite way to do that.
I dunno it just feels more and more contrived each season and the jokes and performances feel more phoned-in.

Oh I totally agree on the post-showcase seasons not being up to snuff on the original run.
It was decent. Obviously not as good as the pre-Netflix seasons, but it definitely had some great parts. Snoop was great and the final two episodes actually had me on the edge for awhile. But yeah, I'm ready for this shit to end, though I love it dearly and glad they made more.

So far worst season yet. It was very slow build, the girls where annoying a hell and the moment the celebs show'd up things got super fucking wired.

I thought maybe they were showing how easily influenced J-Roc is. ie acts black, and now acts Mexican because that's what's convenient for him, but after the first few scenes of Mexican baby talk I dropped that opinion.
