Look at this, there's nothing interesting going on. White shades and black shades swirling around- something only Voldemort and later Snape could do in the books, by the way- while shooting out bolts straight at their enemies, who when block it with semi-spheres, nothing more.
Later, you have the Dumbledore vs Voldemort fight, which is much more interesting to look at, since stuff is actually happening and they use heir wands to create interesting effects.
