It'll probably hit or come really close 1 billion before it releases in Japan. It'll skyrocket as soon as it releases it Japan. The fact that there's people that refuse to watch this movie is astonishing.
I don't want to watch this because I would be uncomfortable going to see it.
I see a lot of movies alone, because I'm a friendless loser and I don't give a fuck if its seen as a weird thing to do. I don't care if I get judged by all the happy couples and families and their falcons.
But seeing a kids movie by yourself just crosses the line to me.
I'll wait for a stream.

Fun fact for the 3 of you: If you don't act like your true autism plagued selves throughout the movie people won't frown on you for watching a movie.
Also,
>"Disney movies are STRICTLY for kids"

My small shitty town has a 9:15 show time for it. It will be all adults and teens.

I just saw it with my family today. It was pretty fun. My nephew liked it a whole lot.

This is actually not a bad idea.

I saw it, it was just okay.
The main characters weren't particularly memorable and there interactions felt really forced at times. I enjoyed the side characters a lot more in comparison.
Jason Bateman didn't deserve a damn cent for his voice acting work - consistently lazy, especially in comparison to the rest of the contrastingly "animated" voice cast. Poor choice.
Also the climax felt ridiculously rushed and the subway car thing was stupid. I liked to subtle nod to BrBa tho, not overstated or cringeworthy - good play to the older crowd.
