first off, the Rock is one of the most charmingly hilarious mainstream actors around right now, right alongside guys like Channing Tatum.
Also, the Rock, and everyone else in that cast is in that movie for a very deliberate purpose. Kelly was partly making a commentary on pop celebrity culture, using the bottom of the barrel actors that he did who are identified for one cultural icon (eg.
