Lol how? The few problems watchmen had were relatively minor things like weak performance from silk specter and nite owl, scaling down veidts chatacter and not fully fleshing out the imminent nuclear war
By the sounds of it BvS has too many characters has too much going on and is horrinly paced that its like 70% buold up to slopy and frenetic action which is much more of a serious problem

Eh, Watchmen wasn't great or anything, but considering the source material, that is probably is the best anyone could really expect. I mean, everyone used to say a straight up film adaptation would be impossible, but it happened, and it was alright. Nothing ground breaking mind you.

Don't get me wrong, I consider Watchmen one of the best superhero movies. But it was criticized for incoherence which stopped it from reaching it's full potential. It took several watches to fully understand what was going on and what everything meant, but once you did it was definitely a treat. One of the deepest superhero movies for sure.
BvS suffers from the same problems of incoherence. Awesome visually, interesting characters, nice action, but a complete mess narratively.
