Is Steven Avery reverse O.J. Simpson?
>OJ: was clearly guilty, didn't get sentenced
>Avery: was clearly framed, got sentenced
I think they're comparable with these things being known by the public, but nobody can really do anything about it in either case.
Except he also did it.

>OJ guilty
The glove didn't fit. There was no actually evidence that proved OJ did it.
>no one will bring up the cat abuse
OJ's kid did it.
OJ just took the fall
He fucking did it you retard. He wasn't framed.

>BUT WHERE'S THE BLOOD BUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOODBUT WHERE'S THE BLOOD?
>was clearly framed
kek
>>67332464
Irrelevant.
Considering the staggering amount of evidence for misconduct and blatant corruption the case should have veen dropped years ago.
It's not so much the fact that these things happened but that no officials up to the highest ranks of government took any action to right this scandal that really shows how much of a farce the american justice system has become.
>>67332429
>Avery: was clearly framed, got sentenced
Bullshit. "Making a Murder" is sensationalized garbage full of half truths and leaves have the pertinent information out. People who were actually involved in the case have come out and pointed out examples time and time again but retards who like the garbage show continue to ignore it and scream that the piece of shit is innocent.

>OJ
>guilty
haha kys
>>67333147
>he clearly murdered someone in cold blood
>"irrelevant because some people didn't to their jobs right he should walk"
Americans are so fucking wacky what the fuck.
>>67332969
Those things aren't mutually exclusive.
The point is that evidence was fabricated and used in court to convict Avery. Therefore the case has to be dismissed and Avery be released.
>>67333264
Or we could just leave the degenerate fuck in prison.
Anyone who wants Avery to be a free man is a moron.
>>67332429
>was clearly guilty
Fuck off.
>>67333218
Yes, that's how the justice system works.
These kind of checks and balances exist so some cop can't just throw you in a cell because you ate his last donut or looked at him funny.
>>67332429
the only thing in common is that police were fucking retards in both cases .
also they both did it .
>>67333367
>These kind of checks and balances exist so some cop can't just throw you in a cell because you ate his last donut or looked at him funny.
Oh boy, I didn't know we had #NiggerLivesMatter retards on this board.
>>67333328
I don't disagree with you.
But you miss a crucial point: the inner workings of law and the justice system demand that the case be dismissed.
If the justice system no longer acts according to written law then it is broken. The sheer range of the Avery case and the lack of any appropriate response is alarming in many ways.
Today a man who is probably guilty is being detained against all legal practice. You might be happy about that. But tomorrow it could be an innocent man.

I brought it up to someone who watched, and they said it didn't matter. They said it wasn't a "pattern of violent behavior" despite him setting a cat on fire and threatening a woman with a gun.
Daily reminder that in America clinically retarded children are being sent to prison to get buttraped instead of receiving appropriate psychiatric treatment.
>>67333879
Both was being talked about in the very first episode, it wasn't left out.
I swear to god half of the people in these threads didn't even watch the show...
>>67333471
How did you get that from his post?
Everyone except one guy ITT missing the fucking point. The cops didn't have evidence so they FAKED the evidence to convict him. Whether he did it or not is irrelevant, the issue is that due process was not satisfied and corruption took the place of proper police work.
Europeans don't get this because they have inquisitorial justice, but in the US we have the adversarial approach, where the process is what matters, not individual cases, because it's the process that sets precedent. The amount of corruption prevalent in the prosecution should have been enough to drop the case, they set the PRECEDENT that cops can forge evidence to satisfy a hunch, and that's simply an affront to the American justice system

Honest question: would you accept living in a police state and all its reprecussions to get rid of the ethnicities you despise so much?
Would it be worth to give up your own freedom just to take away those of others?

Wasn't Avery a career criminal? Also, OJ was a wife beater (kinda), not a murderer
