He prepares to kill Glenn but Daryl says to kill him, explains it was him who blew up his men, assisted Dwight in escaping, killed his guys at the outpost while Glenn did nothing. After a moment Negan agrees and bashes Daryl's head in with Lucille.

I'd be sad if Glenn got Lucille'd (again). The reason I think comic-book Glenn was so much more beloved by fans was because of how incredibly soft he was compared to the other survivors. Spoilers leaked earlier today on a site who has credible "leakers".- Toward the end our group is cornered and becomes surrounded by the saviors and taken captive, with Michonne and Daryl (who turn out to be alive) brought into the mix to join them. I've heard it's nine people in total from our group: Rick, Carl, Glenn, Daryl, Michonne, Maggie, Abraham, Eugene and Aaron.
- Then man you all have been waiting for, Negan, shows up in the last ten minutes of the episode, along with his barbed-wired bat that he calls by name "Lucille".
- He has a long monologue in which he explains that Rick killed a lot of his people and that Rick and the others have to start working for him, giving him half of what they have. And as retribution he concludes that he's going to kill one of them and if anybody tried to stop him he would take Carl's other eye and give it to Rick to eat.

Daryl is the star of the show at this point and, if 'Thank You' taught us anything, it's that Glenn has fanbase armor.
They've been very cautious this season, only killing literal whos like Rick's fuck buddy and even swapping Abraham with Denise.
Lucile's a memorable scene though, and they need to kill off a major character, which makes me believe it's going to be either Carol or Abraham. They could also go absolute madman and kill Maggie, I guess.

People think Negan is some bad ass character but in the comics he only kills Glenn, some random in Alexandria and indirectly Denise. Then he suddenly "sees things Ricks way", lets his guard down and takes a knife to the throat.
The cliffhanger will simply be an overhead shot of the gang crying on the pavement with Glenn's headless corpse in the middle of the frame after Negan drives away. OR it'll be them driving back to Alexandria in silence just to see the remnants of a war zone infrobt of the gate. Or it will be Morgan and Carol being stopped by Pimp's Knights in the Kingdom. I can see all three happening. They won't cut off before Negan leaves tho. L He has to have hard talk with Rick after he kills Gook so the audience really knows how fucked Rick is. The camera then switches back to Negan belting Lucille down on Glenn's head. It's a pretty graphic - probably the most graphic - scene. The sound slowly fades back and we focus on Negan who lifts the bloodied Lucille up and flicks Glenn's blood off it and across the faces of the other survivors. We end on Rick's bloodied face.
