Nah, I think Civil War will DEF score higher than BvS. Marvel has a well though-out and structured gameplan as to how to they release their movies and tie them in to the MCU. Are their movies really that spectacular? No, it's fucking capeshit. But it's entertaining and the CGI in Marvel movies is absolutely top-notch. Honestly benchmark for the industry. They have a good A team with the director, screen writers, and cast.
Marvel also has managed to blend in the serious/action/comedic tone pretty well.
I think Civil War will score the same as Winter Soldier, which is currently at 89%.
