What's the point of being a superhero?
In all the movies they make with him centrally featured, the enemies are people he is told not to kill or are aliens/monsters that might be reasonably impervious to bullets.
All of them would be more effective if they had Iron Man armor but the movies are about using inherently illogical and impractical characters or premises to tell aa story entertaining on some level, you fucking autist.

It'd probably constrict Hawkeye and Black Widow and slow down Quicksilver (not that he got an opportunity to get one made). Cap might but then it could really be anyone in the suit.
