Since you obviously haven't been watching WWE lately. As of last month, Shane is back and is trying to take back the company after leaving 6-7 years ago.
He's massively over once again and is set to face The Undertaker in Hell in a Cell at WrestleMania in 13 days. If he wins he gets control of Monday Night RAW.
Also, the reason Shane left was so he could be there for the best years of raising his three sons, while getting some time off before he continued his conquest in running a marketing company in China, which he sold most of his stock of and is the reason he's back in WWE.
Even when he left WWE he still had like over 20k shares and is probably going to start investing in it again. He's always had a small say even when he was hiatus.

how about the time scott, rick and sting use to travel together and when they would see other wrestlers on the road, they would have scott stick out the window and pull the other cars door open while driving down the highway to freak them out.
And when they tried that to the SST, who was driving with heyman, they locked the doors before scott could open it so scott and rick and sting threw a watermelon out the window infront of them so it broke on their windshield.

By the time they ended up back at the rental place, the cars where 100% totaled. Both of them. Paul heyman was, and still is, permanently banned from renting a car from that company which is still in business. The SST's car was so wrecked, they put it up on the pedestal in the back of the lot as a reminder not to rent to him. Its still there to this day.
