Why is James Franco playing yet another irreverant wisecracking character? Does he not realize this isn't one of his pineapple movies?
Why are the showrunners trying to turn this into another cliche horror movie with the dead people saying "you don't belong here" and cockroaches crawling everywhere?
is James Franco gay?

Real talk, read the book.
He stops lee harvey oswald, but when he returns to the present, he finds out his timeline fuckery caused the earth to go nuts. Earthquakes occur everywhere, everythings fucked, so when he returns its the post apocalypse.
So he goes back in time, doesn't do anything for a brief period of time, and returns to the present where everything is back to normal.
At the end he goes to Texas to meet the woman he dated in the past, and they danced.
The End.
