S9 had terrible promotion and shitty time slots. But that'sirrelevant, saying something is bad because it has bad ratings is as bad as saying something is good because it has good ratings. Critic reviews were very positive towards S9, I could just as easily try and use that to say why It was good but I wouldn't because that's dumb. Voyage Of The Damned has the highest ratings of NuWho and I've never seen anyone say it's the best episode. It's been mostly forgotten now.
