I actually feel pretty bad for Zoe, she's gotten shafted with a really bad run of stories to start with, Wheel in space is just generic Cyberman story #103, followed by jaw droppingly awful dalek story, with genius lines like " My consciousness is impaired, I can not think!" A wholly uninspired main story in The uncertainty principle, followed by the dominators.

I think they'll probably do it someday, the interior of someone else's TARDIS is still uncharted territory for NuWho. It's just the issue of how much use they can get out of the set relative to resources
