>DUDE, RUN OUT IN THE OPEN AND GET SHOT, LMAO!
What the fuck? I thought this guy was an operator.
Im no botanist, but fuck off huge trees have large root systems, so they usually grow far apart from each other.
The whole forest has large open spaces.

you're a moron

S2 finale was actually breddy enjoyable save for this dumb chase sequence. Don't really understand the motivation for being a total fucking moron.
>Ray killed an innocent man
>Woodrough commited war crimes
>Frank was a gangster
>they all are killedI felt bad for Ray, Even for Frank, maybe because the way he died. Such a beautiful, haunting scene.
It was suicide.
He knew he was fucked.
Also, he remembered his vision of the afterlife.
'They kill you, son, they shoot you to pieces.'

Yeah, this.
Also the music was 10/10 GOAT.

Died how he lived, same as gaycop and Frank. Ray's main flaw was shitty impulse control, which got him caught and then killed.
The show makes perfect sense if you pay attention to character development. It's literally about how peoples desires, impulse and traits can undo them even if they try to change.
Even characters like Frank and his ridiculous dialogue make perfect sense when we learn what sort of person he is, where he has come from and the facade he is trying to achieve.
The show is amazing and a pleb filter of the highest order.

Well you'd be wrong. Redwoods and sequoias often grow in small clusters.

Well let me tell what i do know, smart ass.
This is Australia. In Australia we only have one fucking Conifer because of plate shifting, and the domination of the Eucalypt flowering plants.
>>67100826
when did ''operator'' become such a buzzword? sicario?
>>67104475
even back a few years, /k/ used it.
You know, I held hope for the second season of True Detective for most of its run. I thought the seventh episode was great. But man, that Ray's death was retarded.
>Oops, they put a tracer on my car, so I will now do exactly what they want me to and get in, drive to a secluded area, and let them shoot me to death. No, I won't try to flee on foot. No, I won't try to get another car. I will just commit suicide for no reason.

He was trying to save Annie
>>67105571
He was dead from episode 5 onwards. It was inevitable.
>That last scene where Ray visits his son
I cried mang
>>67105571
The only chance he had was to get on the boat with Annie. And he fucked that up by visiting his son. He would have just led them to Annie. Plus he was "tired" anyway. He clearly had some desire to die. He was tired
So how did Woodrough get those scars? Was it from a motorcycle wreck? Was it from Afghanistan or wherever he was?
>>67100913
>Im no botanist
clearly
>>67105571
He was also a wanted man. His picture was all over the television.
>>67101148
He already knew what was going to happen.
