No, he's an Alpha Level Mutant, his powers aren't unlimited he can exhaust them and he goes through steps to boost them all the time
but he is in terms of using his powers the best trained mutant at using them at their maximum potential, he knows more about his powers and how magnetism works than say Iceman who is an Omega does about how thermodynamics works even tho Iceman can potentially use his powers endless amount of time
