Is it any good?

Here nobody gives a shit
Just watch season 3 of Boardwalk while playing loud music.

It's literally the best show airing, at least until Wednesday.

>>66960760
It's surprisingly boring.
>>66960760
It's a great plebfilter
It's great if you want to learn about music industry and 70's music in general.
Outside of that it doesn't hold much.

Adding; then there's also some kind of half-assed family drama/addiction angle it tries so hard to ween in.
If you think this is good acting it's the show for you.

That's what a rock show audience looks like - a bunch of derps dry humping each other
Another top quality Terence "DUDE COKE LMAO" Winter production.

fx dramas are shit besides the shield. and even that doesnt touch the best HBO shows
>>66964015
he really flubbed Boardwalk Empire. what a letdown that ended up being.
>>66964015
Scorsese really ruined this guy
>they killed Boardwalk Empire and slashed the final season for this
>It's literally twice as expensive as BE and the ratings are much lower
>it's one of the most catastrophic failures HBO have ever had
The pilot cost $30 Million dollars, and it still visually looked cheaper than Mad Men. The premier literally got 700k viewers, 10 times worse than GOT. They're making season 2 as a way to spread the massive costs over two years, this show is honestly so much of a flop that it might kill HBO.

He ruined himself by recycling the same shit tropes over and over again.
