You're right, I should be using qbittorrent to download screeners from KAT and then watch them using windows media player
YIFY is hassle free for subtitles, there's always seeders and the file size is very small.
I find the video quality acceptable as well. I never go for YIFY if it's an action movie though, the low audio quality just shits all over the experience.
Also the VLC meme is bullshit. I use MPC but I feel no superiority for doing so because VLC does the exact same thing. Maybe it doesn't work for your animu rips for whatever goddamn reason you autists come up with.
