12 regenerations per cycle so with the base incarnation that makes 13 for an average doctor, with a second cycle it would be 25.
but since he used one up it would be 24 incarnations but since he doesn't count on the 'last doctor now will be 23.
but again he'll keep getting more as the show continues, even if it gets cancelled they'll never give the character a true end.
