Fuck what anyone else tells you. S3 was good. Most people wanted to see a continuation of omnipotent Francis and were upset when they didn't get it. In S1&2, Francis had been working Congress for decades and was at the top of his game. In S3, Francis gets bumped up to president, so, it makes sense that he'd stumble a bit.

Just finished it, better than season 3. The first couple of episodes are useless Claire bullshit but it gets better after that. I think you can just start at episode 9 or 10 and don't miss anything important. The last episodes are great and the final one actually has me excited again for S5
