I really like 80s and 90s movies and OVAs as well, although lots of the ones you list are really bad and not entertaining at all, even in a " ' so bad it is good ' " (I don't generally like the term) way.
for example psychodiver is truly dreadful. twilight of the dark master , darkside blues and biohunter are all meh at based. Biohunter is yoshiaki kawajiri's worst production of that time period. Twilight of hte dark master feels like it could have been quite good but develops in a very strange way and comes off as wasted potential. Darkside blues also has weird structure and is generally boring and bad although it has a couple of cool scenes.
All of them are examples of productions with better alternatives. For example there are much better 80s and 90s yoshiaki kawajiri-directed productions than biohunter like wicked city, ninja scroll, cyber city oedo 808, goku midnight eye. There are much better hideyuki kikuchi anime adaptations than Darkside blues. Soultaker and le portrait de petite cossette are much better examples of dark anime directed by akiyuki shinbo than twilight of the dark master.
Wicked City is great. classic Yoshiaki Kawajiri. Love the man.
Demon City Shinjuku is ok by itself but unfortunately just seems worse than demon city shinjuku. a it bland.

While the Asuka fight was well animated, I felt EoE was disappointing compared to Shinji completing his character arc in NGE. If it were up to me, EoE would have focused entirely on Asuka and how she was feeling. Give her the arc of learning to develop a healthy relationship with Shinji. End the movie on a note of "even though the future is uncertain, they'll at least have each other to depend on".
