i went from 330 to 240 recently (goal is 220, i'm tall), and my skin is noticeably more.. stretchy. It not all wrinkled and saggy and shit though, i still just look like a chubby man.
I've read that it snaps back to looking basically normal after a few years, staying hydrated and eating foods with collagen (protein) helps.
Plan is to lose another 40 and then up my calorie intake by another couple hundred and try to gain back mostly muscle.
These 600 pounders though are fucked for life, the only way to help that shit is with surgery, and skin is difficult to remove. You could fucking die from removing too much, really susceptible to infections, and you'll be covered in scar tissue.
