Mr. Robot can get a bit silly and heavy-handed with the angst at times, but overall it's a pretty goddamn good show, raises some good points, seems to delight at spitting in the face of the standard TV formula and I like that about it.

Can't speak for Mr. Robot, but Master of None was refreshingly honest and thoughtful. I related to something in almost every episode despite the characters being well-off New Yorkers. Sure it's a bit preachy at times, but unless you're /pol/ (therefore beyond reason) you'll find something to appreciate and think about in every episode.

MON is one of those shows that has the chops to be funny, but just feels weighed down by the writing. The humor is there, but it's never indulged. Get a clue dude, it was so obvious that they wrote themselves in a corner and it was lazily patched up. Very poorly done. The shame of it was the previous episodes were brilliant, and that's why it made the ending that much more painful. Went from a 9/10 to a 6 in a matter of 10 minutes. Pretty impressive actually.
