None of them imo.
I don't think all the TNG movies were bad but it's not really fair to compare them. They're mostly just a vehicle for using a larger budget for enhanced SFX space battles and the occasional well known film actor. They're canon and I enjoy them but mostly as a novelty.

Was Journeys End complete shit? Cause I fucking hated it. I know they wanted to give Wesley closure in the series and having the Traveler was a nod to SSN 1 but something about it irks me.
I wouldn't have minded an ep where we see him leave Starfleet but I think Not Tom Paris episode(which was GOAT Wesley desu) was the best opportunity, maybe even as a two parter
